Nechama Rosengarten

The Founder Nechama Rosengarten

I am a senior healthcare communications strategist with more than a decade advising healthcare and life sciences companies across oncology, rare disease, cardiology, neurology, immunology and more. My work spans narrative, media strategy, milestone communications and executive visibility. Clients have been featured across top-tier, broadcast, mainstream and trade outlets, among them Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, STAT and Fortune. Their work has been recognized with honors including TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies, Edison Awards and Prix Galien USA.

Most companies build their story from the inside out. I build it from the outside in. I start with the audience, what they need to understand and what will prompt them to act. I know that audience because I have been part of it. I grew up navigating medical systems in support of loved ones, learning from a young age what it costs when communication fails. I work on the other side of that experience now, helping companies with innovations that improve the outcome of care reach the people who need them most.

This work is personal and that is the difference. It is why I built Pulse & Pen.

Over the past decade, I've shaped communications for healthcare and life-science innovators, including:

  • Merck
  • Alkermes
  • BrainsWay
  • CellMax Life
  • Spinogenix

This isn't a job. It's a mission. I am here for the innovators who share it.

Let's talk.
